Volunteer

This is an online platform that connects volunteers with opportunities across our area. Students can search for volunteer opportunities based on interests, availability, and location.

The American Red Cross offers various volunteer opportunities, including disaster response, blood donation drives, and health and safety education programs.

Students invested in environmental conservation can volunteer at community gardens, parks, or environmental organizations in the DFW area. Activities may include gardening, tree planting, litter cleanups, or educational outreach events focused on sustainability and conservation.

Volunteer to organize food donations, assist with distribution events, or work food drives to support families facing hunger.

Serve

Dallas Life provides shelter, meals, and support services to homeless individuals and families in Dallas. Students can volunteer to serve meals, organize donation drives, or participate in outreach efforts.

Volunteer to help set up and run events, serve refreshments, or cheer on the athletes as they compete throughout the summer. Feel proud of your involvement, make new friends, and have a blast at the same time!

Serve our soldiers by sending letters and care packages, creating "Welcome Home" signs, or greeting returning members of the military at airports.

Students and their families can become mentors and champions of children and adolescents through Big Brothers and Sisters Dallas, providing support, guidance, and positive role modeling.

Students passionate about animals can volunteer at Dallas Animal Services to help care for shelter animals or assist with adoption events.
